We triage daily on weekdays: corrections are verified against Unicode CLDR and vendor renders, bugs are reproduced on iOS/Android/Windows/macOS, and feature requests are logged for our product roadmap. If we need more detail we’ll reply asking for a screenshot or page URL. For urgent accessibility issues, include “[ACCESSIBILITY]” in the subject line.
